I Made the Cheese

OMG Ponies!

Irena told me how to make Farmer Cheese from Buttermilk.  Heat the buttermilk and some salt in double boiler.  Scoop out the curds into a paper towel.  Squeeze out the whey. Presto you have cheese!

It was so good we ate it all.  Going to learn how to make more cheese in the coming weeks.
