I have a Nike+ Fuelband, I have the goal set pathetically low at 2000 fuel points. During week days this actually requires effort on my part to meet. On the weekends, I’m more active and this goal is easily bested. I do feel good that I am more active due to the Fuelband.
Every night I sync and charge the Fuelband, once my goal has been met. I try not to move when its charging.
